The Supreme Foodservice Catering Division provides high quality catering to military and civilian personnel in crisis and conflict impacted regions worldwide.  We offer two basic catering service concepts:
1. Swipe Card System. Troops are supplied according to a negotiated menu plan at no cost to the individual soldier. Soldiers and troop-associated individuals dine at a catering facility where meal registration is controlled with a swipe card system. According to meal registrations, nations or organizations are subsequently charged respective to their agreed upon cost per meal. This system has two advantages: Meals are served without cash exchange, and data can be gathered from the cards to track which items and meals are most favored by those using the facility. 
2. Cash Services System. Supreme manages restaurants, canteens and snack bars in conflict regions where guests pay cash. In these facilities, varying menus and snack items are offered.
Supreme Catering Services offers complete catering solutions. These begin with food supply ordering and logistic, include the erection of canteen and kitchen facilities, and culminate in food preparation and service.  From dishwashers, to chefs, to serving staff and catering managers, Supreme provides and manages all personnel for its kitchen and dining facilities. Upon request, Supreme catering facilities can be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
